If it were possible to give a -1 rating, it would still be excessive, considering the service provided. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They gave me a loan for a plot of land that was supposed to become a bridging loan upon obtaining the building permit. Unfortunately, when the permit was granted, they had changed their minds. They told me they no longer offer bridging loans (despite what had been agreed upon! These are Mr. Bada's exact words). So now I'm stuck paying for the land every month and therefore have no possibility of obtaining a bridging loan elsewhere (since I already have an existing loan...). I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS AGENCY, WHICH, DESPITE WHAT'S IN WRITTEN, RESPECTS NEITHER ITS COMMITMENTS NOR ITS CLIENTS...
