The in-store service was good. However, the vinyl flooring installation was a complete disaster. The installer's professionalism and skills left much to be desired. Our beautiful vinyl arrived soaking wet! No one had thought to protect it, even though it was pouring rain. We lost time and lost the trust we had in this store. The owner apologized when we called and explained the whole ordeal. But we lost two days of work and had to fix the vinyl installation ourselves.
