I hired a company to renovate two bedrooms after my usual contractors could no longer work with me. The project was poorly organized overall, with irregular on-site presence, reduced working hours, and numerous last-minute cancellations, sometimes even on the same day. This disorganization resulted in significant delays for simple work without any structural modifications. Communication was severely lacking throughout the project: information was provided late or sometimes completely absent, there was a lack of regular follow-up, and it was impossible to contact the project manager directly. She never visited the site before, during, or after the work, which created a strong sense of a lack of control and oversight. The company's operations also lacked transparency, particularly regarding certain decisions made without prior approval, as well as purchases made late due to a lack of transparency. Regarding quality, the finishes are disappointing: paint splatters, color variations, drips, poorly fitted and damaged doors despite being brand new, and several poorly executed or incomplete elements. A reputable company is judged precisely on the quality of its finishes in the details, even at close range, where everything should be impeccable; this level of expectation is not met here, and the defects remain visible even up close. Overall, the combination of poor organization, a lack of communication and follow-up, a lack of transparency, and inadequate finishing makes for a very disappointing experience.

I would like to commend this company for their professionalism, follow-through, and the quality of their work, in my case, the repair of a Mortex shower floor.
