He's also the only tradesperson who has always honored their commitments, which is very important and, unfortunately, quite rare! He has a very commendable work ethic. He spearheaded the project and gave it a positive momentum from the start. He also resolved problems, sometimes even those unrelated to his work and involving other trades. Considering his services and his dedication, his rates are quite reasonable. He provides top-notch service; it doesn't get any better! He's an exceptional person you can rely on.
