We went to the store and personally chose our natural wood parquet. When it was delivered, it was full of woodworm holes. It was also visibly of lower quality than what we had seen in the store. We called the store to ask for an explanation and they told us that the store has a label ("Choix D") indicating that the quality we chose is the lowest and that by purchasing it, you accept all the imperfections in the wood. But what they showed in the store is vastly different from what they actually ship to your home! In the store, there were no woodworm holes and far fewer "imperfections." Furthermore, in the store, they don't explain the meaning of that label to the customer, so the customer is convinced they are buying the wood they see and not a lower quality! So be very careful! They are not at all clear and not very transparent. We were also very disappointed by the owner's lack of helpfulness, who completely ignored our problem. What a shame! In the attached photos: The first photo was taken in the store, the other two are what we received at home. Virtually all the boards were worm-eaten.
