This is the work of the cleaning lady: unemptied trash, unvacuumed and uncleaned veranda floor, uncleaned chairs, uncleaned cooktop, uncleaned desk. One wonders why we pay €10 an hour?
I used their services after my move. The agent who ironed my shirts was very welcoming, and I've never seen such well-ironed shirts. I would say it surpassed the ironing service of some large hotels. The management and leadership are top-notch. Keep up the good work, you're doing a great job! But for me, it's a kind of jealousy when I see some of the negative and repetitive reviews.
