A highly professional and extremely responsive company. They came out on the same day twice for different breakdowns, even before I was a customer. When the boiler finally broke down on New Year's Eve, they arrived within three business days with all the necessary equipment and didn't hesitate to stay late to restore our hot water and heating during the coldest part of the year. Their quote was clear, their administrative follow-up excellent, their advice sound, and their prices reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Thank you, Mr. Bijvoet! Exceptional service. The repair was quick and carried out with great professionalism. He diagnosed and fixed our heating problem in no time. He really took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend this company for the quality of its service and its reliability.

The appointment was scheduled efficiently, the service was carried out on time and diligently, and the service report was in my inbox within minutes of the appointment being completed. Excellent work, highly recommended!

They were certainly competent. But during the severe freeze in December 2022, I asked them for a quote to repair a gas leak at my 85-year-old grandfather's house. After waiting a week for an appointment, the man was adamant: everything had to be torn out and redone because the installation was old, and Resa wouldn't restore the gas supply until they were certain the house was safe. He stayed for 30 minutes to give his verdict: it would cost a minimum of €4,000-€5,000, and the work would be finished by mid-January or February, once Vinçotte and Resa had completed their work. A week after his visit, I hadn't heard anything about his quote, so I contacted another company that was a bit more responsive and empathetic. They clearly felt it wasn't right to leave an 85-year-old without heating during periods of -10 degrees Celsius in an old, poorly insulated house. The person insisted on starting the work immediately given the urgency of the situation, and after four days of work (during which there was obviously no question of tearing everything out), the gas was back on. Shortly before, after two weeks, I had finally received the quote from Heat and Technics for €4,000, and I received the bill for their visit: €70 for finding the leak in two minutes and €30 for gasoline, plus VAT: €106. I am absolutely certain that this gentleman puts his heart into his work, but my rating is based on the unfairly high billing, and especially the appalling lack of responsiveness and empathy he displayed. I wonder if he would have left his grandfather for two weeks with only a small electric heater.

In response to Ms. Mireille Lavoine, I am responsible for the delay in repairing your micro-leak in the boiler's filling system because it was I, the installer, who took the time to contact Mr. Bijvoet to do the work myself. I apologize for this. Mr. Bijvoet contacted you as soon as I requested it. He came within two days to see the part that needed replacing and ordered it from his supplier. Your boiler is working, so there's no rush. Mr. Bijvoet, a young installer, has all the necessary skills and provides top-quality service; otherwise, I wouldn't be passing on my workload to him every week. Keep up your negative comments, and tomorrow you'll be surprised to find no one available to help you. Please know, Ms. Lavoine, that we work 80 hours a week to provide service to our customers, but we also know that there will always be some dissatisfied customers. Thank you, Andreas, for agreeing to carry out this repair anyway. Eric Leduc
