Disrespectful to customers. You have the nerve to call us disrespectful when you address everyone informally as if we had raised pigs together. You refused to let us try to put the standard-sized piece of furniture in the car, you clearly turned us away because it was too complicated to go and get a piece of furniture with boxes on it.
