A very disappointing experience. After a quick (and very expensive) initial intervention, the plumbing problem returned after a few days. The repair was supposed to be covered by a warranty, but since then, it's been impossible to get any real support. I've contacted the office several times since Sunday morning. Each time, I'm promised a callback… which never comes. I received only one call, very brief, with no follow-up. And since then, nothing. Every time I call, I'm asked for the same information, as if my case is never being followed up. What's even more troubling is that there are several different numbers to call or that call me back, without ever leading to a concrete solution. A very strange way of operating. I'm seriously starting to wonder if this isn't a strategy to drag things out and let the warranty period expire, in which case it would clearly be an abusive, even dishonest, practice. Today, I'm still without a usable toilet after several days, despite paying a significant amount for a service that was supposed to resolve the problem permanently. Very poor management, nonexistent after-sales service, and a generally worrying impression of disorganization. Avoid at all costs.

Very quick and efficient but extremely expensive. 40 minutes of work to replace a leaking galvanized elbow + a garden tap - 430 euros.
