⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very positive first experience with the Maison de la Clé store in Rocourt. I had a problem with a three-point lock that wasn't working properly; the main lock was broken. I brought the broken part to the store to request a complete replacement. The repairman took the time to analyze the situation and offered me a more efficient and less expensive solution: replacing only the main lock and repairing the other two parts. In 10 minutes, everything was fixed! I was able to reinstall the lock immediately, as if nothing had happened. Fast, efficient, and professional work. I highly recommend them.
