I contacted them and had an appointment which, I must say, went very well. My profile and property guarantees are solid (a house worth €xxxx thousand, paid off and mortgage-free). Yet, no one ever called me back, no one ever gave me any feedback, even after I asked them to keep me informed. I signed my loan with Beobank (with a much, much better rate) and with the same terms as a broker (no down payment, etc.), I simply received better service. Before going to them, I highly recommend going through Beobank Huy or Grivegnée (same management): they will be happy to offer you better terms.
