I strongly advise against using them! Everything went smoothly before I signed; I received a response the same day. Once I signed, there was no further response, no follow-up on my case... I received no reply from them until I sent an email outlining my rights and responsibilities, only to receive a response stating they no longer wished to handle my case. It's truly disheartening to take their commissions and then abandon you without any support! I hope that all the brokers at this company aren't like the one who handled my case... Mr. E.T. Avoid them!
