Mr. Carmelo Maggio leads a small but highly competent, dedicated, and discreet team. He is very attentive to our needs and responsive. He seeks (and often finds) solutions to unforeseen problems that arise during the project. Hiring this company was, of course, significantly more expensive than doing the work ourselves, but the final result is incomparably more refined, down to the smallest detail. Considering the quality of the work, I believe the prices charged are fair. I would also like to highlight the excellent collaboration between Mr. Maggio and the Fayen company, which provided us with invaluable advice on color choices for the flooring, wall and woodwork paints, roller blinds, curtains, and cushions. I particularly recommend contacting Thomas, the interior designer who works at the Fayen store in Verviers. His impeccable taste was invaluable in helping us make our decisions.
