Following a very poor handling of a claim by the group where I had all my insurance policies, I decided to contact the Rensonnet group, on the advice of friends. Not only did they find me upgraded insurance policies at very attractive prices, but their follow-up and professionalism are impeccable! I highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with the service. I contacted this company because my previous broker told me that comprehensive insurance for my vehicle wasn't possible due to its age. The person I dealt with was very responsive and found an insurance company that provides comprehensive coverage for my vehicle. I will also be transferring my home insurance to this company.

Following a dispute with a garage, I requested a counter-expertise from Ms. Dubois and my legal protection insurance. This request was made immediately. We appreciate responsiveness and attentiveness from an insurer; mission accomplished!

Following a burglary at my home, the broker was available on a Sunday! The case was handled very well, with excellent communication. I am very satisfied and can only thank them for their work!

Run away! Very bad experience with this broker. During a major water leak, I clearly requested to be accompanied on the day of the inspection. The broker didn't show up, and I found myself alone facing the assessor. I expected someone to be present, to provide support, and to defend my interests, which is normally the role of a broker. This was not the case. This lack of support left me with the impression of neglect and abandonment during a difficult time. Based on my experience, I do not recommend them. You can
