Be careful, check your invoices and statements. When they make a mistake, they don't respond and they send late payment interest charges, years later, probably for other people's expenses that were never recovered! So, their reliability is practically nonexistent.
One star is too much. I have an apartment managed by ADK, and the residence is poorly managed and incompetent. When you speak to accounting or any other department, they treat you like dirt and look down on you. Be careful with the invoices they send; they're unclear, a rip-off, and shameful.
I completed a four-week observation internship at ADK Syndic as part of my Bachelor's degree in Real Estate at HECh (Rivageois) in April/May 2025. It was an extremely enriching experience on all levels. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome from a caring, open, and passionate team. Everyone took the time to explain their work clearly and transparently, involving me in a wide range of tasks. I was able to discover the different departments (reception, accounting, property managers, administrative assistants) and gain a better understanding of the richness and complexity of the property management profession. My internship supervisor, Ms. Henry, along with the rest of the team, was fully committed to providing me with a varied, educational, and enriching internship experience. I learned a great deal, both professionally and personally, and I leave with a realistic and nuanced understanding of this demanding yet fascinating profession. What I will particularly remember from this experience is ADK's exceptional organizational rigor, as well as its deep commitment to its clients. Its solid experience allows it to offer each condominium association personalized, effective, and optimized solutions. Their objective is clear: to ensure rigorous management, maintain a lasting relationship of trust, and above all, guarantee the satisfaction of the co-owners. I highly recommend ADK Syndic, both as a pleasant and enriching internship site and as a trustworthy property management company. A big thank you to the entire team for their dedication, availability, and genuine desire to share their knowledge! ☀️
