We had a very positive experience with Mr. Ditte; the file was very thorough and clear. He took the time to explain the potential future steps involved in the sale. We would not hesitate to use his services again for future sales.
Bad experience with the agent. They didn't answer the phone at all to schedule an appointment, nor even on the day of the appointment. Several unanswered calls. We drove 40 minutes only to find the agent wasn't even there for the appointment. I do not recommend them.

We bought a house through this agency. A complete disaster. A gas leak was discovered during the first inspection... luckily we hadn't lit the wood stove beforehand! Not to mention the electrical compliance certificate, which was a fake!!! The outlets were installed backwards, The wiring looked like it was from the 1960s... Some outlets were overloaded... And the electrical system wasn't even grounded! The fuse box? A shoddy, shoddy job!! And the notary they recommended? Documents were missing, we asked him at least 25 times... and still no response!!! In short: Avoid this agency at all costs! They endanger the lives of others!!!!! And they're thieves!!!
