A simple "unsubscribe" link to remove oneself from mailing lists never signed up for is the bare minimum, isn't it? Is all of this even legal? Not to my knowledge, in any case, a black mark for the company
We purchased a villa in the hills above Fléron through the Engel & Völkers agency in Liège. The service, professionalism, and helpfulness of the various staff members supported us throughout the entire acquisition process. Special mention goes to Mr. Jean-François Denis, who demonstrated tremendous perseverance in bringing things to a successful conclusion, even when the situation was challenging. We highly recommend their services.
Giving people false hope, asking us for documents for the application file for no reason, telling us if there's a guarantor they'll accept us and find one, and then it turns out we wasted our time because they told us the application wasn't going to work! It's truly outrageous!
