I strongly advise against using this agency. Due to their negligence, I wasted six months of work and several thousand euros. Here are the facts: Obstruction of negotiations: They refused to forward my initial offer (which was quite serious), claiming it was a "waste of time." I later learned that the owner had agreed to negotiate. Abandonment of the file: Once the offer was signed, they stopped acting as an intermediary, telling me to "deal" directly with the owner because the discussions were "too long" for them. Discrimination regarding financing: They took it upon themselves to judge my use of a social loan, even delaying sending my application to the seller in the hope of finding a buyer with a "standard loan." Serious professional misconduct (Planning permission): No basic due diligence was performed. One month before the closing, my bank's expert discovered a major planning violation (an extension built without a permit). The house is unsellable in its current state. Consequences: In six months of wasted time, bank interest rates have jumped from 2.55% to 3.10%. Over 25 years, this represents a loss of more than €8,500 in interest per €100,000 borrowed, not counting the expert and administrative fees already incurred. Instead of taking responsibility, Ms. Thône contacted me only to complain about the impact of this situation on her own career. This lack of ethics and rigor is unacceptable for a real estate professional. Avoid them if you are looking for an honest and secure service.
