I have never experienced such incompetence and such a lack of interest in handling a case that I ultimately resolved on my own. It's a real disgrace for a firm with such a reputable reputation. I'm referring to Ms. Claire Vandesande, who handled my case. Incompetence, no communication, and inaccurate answers because the case wasn't followed up. Truly shameful.
