I do not recommend them. We contacted this company in October 2024 to replace the roof of our kitchen, which was only accessible from inside our home (requiring some planning on our part). The initial work went smoothly, but the subsequent work became much more complicated. We were required to be available to allow access, but on several occasions, dates were scheduled, but no one showed up. I know this type of work is weather-dependent, but they provided absolutely no clear communication, which is particularly frustrating when you've made the necessary arrangements! One particularly striking incident: the site manager was there and asked us to open the garage for a delivery of materials. My partner was waiting upstairs, and when she came back downstairs, she discovered he had left without warning, leaving the garage open (without any delivery having taken place)! Finally, we had to arrange directly with the worker to finish the job on a Sunday afternoon. Despite all this, the work seemed satisfactory at the time, so we didn't leave a negative review. Unfortunately, in January 2025, a leak appeared in the newly repaired roof. Since then, it's been very complicated again: long response times, the need to follow up repeatedly, vague promises of a visit ("end of February," then "mid-March") without ever setting a concrete date. To this day, we haven't heard anything (after following up for two months). We ended up hiring another company, who came the following week.
