Renovation: Our experience with Belisol Liège is mixed. While the sales pitch inspires confidence and the window frames are of good quality, the rest is disappointing: long delays, reliance on subcontractors, some sloppy and unfinished work, additional charges, etc. No final inspection was carried out (unlike with other companies), which would have allowed us to identify these issues. The after-sales service falls short of the expected professionalism of a brand advertised as high-end. In short: the products are generally good, but the follow-up and support unfortunately fail to live up to the promises made; and thus inevitably lead to tension, stress, and disappointment regarding the trust placed in us. PS: For the sake of accuracy, please note the following points in our response: The deposit (international) was paid within a reasonable timeframe of 10 calendar days following the signing of the contract, and the balance was paid upon delivery and installation, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The measurement appointment was scheduled as soon as possible, based on your colleague's availability. Our priority was to complete this service as quickly as possible, not to waste time unnecessarily. These points cannot therefore be considered a cause of delay, especially since your manager had cited another reason (related to the supplier). Furthermore, three days of vacation were lost (including a 200km trip) to accommodate the availability of subcontractors who, on three occasions, failed to show up—without even bothering to notify us, which would have been the least they could do. I had to arrange for someone else to be present on-site for the rescheduled dates. My own availability was therefore not, or only minimally, taken into account in the subcontractors' scheduling. Finally, to this day, 11 months later, the project is still neither finished nor inspected. The baseboards were not replaced after the plasterer's work. It therefore appears that there are indeed some basic, performance-related, and oversight points that require your attention. Thank you for your consideration of these remarks. I would like to clarify that this feedback is in no way emotional but is based solely on factual elements that justify a certain degree of dissatisfaction.

Probably the worst service in the world. They have been trying to fix the electric curtain since 1,5 years ago. It had been installed by them. Still, 3 different teams have been coming, they have made different diagnoses of the problem, but not able to fix the curtain. And the worst thing is that their office does not follow up on the next steps. They just do not care about you and do not care about the services. Monsieur C.C. is personally handling the case since May 2022. And … no result, no feedback, no customer care. Never ever purchase services from Belisol!
