It's a shame that there is only ONE person servicing devices in the Osijek-Baranja County!! I wonder what will happen when the technician in question is no longer there?! The rating is 2* (two) only because of the technician who is professional, approachable and knows how to explain everything nicely, because otherwise it would be 1* (one) if that technician wasn't there! It's logical that the technician will have to wait for several weeks!
