The master is professional and will explain everything to you about the malfunction, if you are interested. The backlight on my philips 4k 43" TV broke. It broke during the 28th month of the 2+3-year warranty. Factory 2+3 years through partum insurance. It took a while until the insurance approved the repair, but the repairman was quick. Instead of the factory backlight, which had worse cooling, which was also the cause of the failure, he ordered and installed a better quality led screen lighting with better cooling for the same price. That's why 5 stars!
