We are close to one year of working together, and from the very beginning my project was a real challenge. I had to request several reschedulings of service appointments, and after some time Vana took the lead and coordinated directly with my architect to keep everything on track and on time. While we were struggling with local administration, they were leading the project with impressive dedication, truly admirable! I finally had the chance to visit their new creative office, and I absolutely love it. If you’re nearby, I highly recommend stopping by and saying hello.

Excellent communication from the very beginning. After paying a deposit of 4,500 euros, there were unplanned complications with my project, which I had to cancel. I have been trying for a month to get a refund of the deposit minus their travel expenses, because the agreed service was not performed. They also called them from my accounting department, but they are acting crazy and do not answer their cell phones or respond to messages. Today they were sent the last email before reporting to the inspectorate.
Kudos to Wizia studio. Quick exit to the field, excellent communication, accessibility and efficiency. The team really creates the vision.
