In short, the joinery is TOP, it's excellent. The craftsmen who install the guys are excellent. But now that gentleman, their technician who took the measurements. So he came to the apartment, he was very brief in answering our questions as if we were boring him, in fact, as if he came by force. Of course, he didn't take the right measurements, then the woman called us from the shop to take the measurements of two doors because he wasn't sure which ones they were. Of course, that didn't work after they installed them. After we called him to complain, he didn't want to come because it wasn't his fault. He barely came, but he won't admit that he didn't take the right measurements. He was already very unpleasant even though I told him that there was a small child in the apartment and to keep his voice down. He just said that he wouldn't pay for the new moldings, 4 pieces, which cost €60, and we paid them all of €3,300. We agreed to the new cost just so they could do what was right. The guys came and did a great job and picked up our old moldings that they should have left because we paid for them. The moldings that A technician will definitely install it somewhere. They just showed what kind of leadership they have. And the important thing is that they left us cardboard boxes for the first time and they took the moldings that we will pay for today with them without asking. If the owner is a technician then I have no words. The carpentry is once again excellent, only the experience is very bad. In 40 years of life I have never met such a person. And that for 60 € they call a couple of times and we felt even worse when we called them and they accepted the complaint due to poor measurements. I wish the whole company all the best and everyone is well. If I would work for them again, certainly not with such a person as a technician.. Lp
I can only say words of praise. From advice, offers, kindness... They came to my aid because I urgently needed a door, and everything I ordered arrived before all expectations. Every recommendation for business (especially nowadays when we all know what problems we have with craftsmen).
