The rating refers to the process of booking an appointment and not to the service itself because it never happened. More than a month ago I sent a request for cleaning 3 air conditioners in the office. I didn't get a response for a few days, so I called in case email wasn't working. Then I managed to get a quote (and a response that email was still working) which I agreed to the same day and requested an appointment. After no one answered for 2 weeks, I sent an email again to set an appointment. I received the quote on 8.5.2024. and to this day no response. I contacted another company and everything was resolved within a week...
