The guys installed two air conditioners for us within a few hours. They cleaned up and tidied everything up after themselves. The air conditioners were purchased on e-commerce, and Ms. Ana called me to arrange the installation even before the air conditioners arrived at my home address. All praise!
The rating refers to the process of booking an appointment and not to the service itself because it never happened. More than a month ago I sent a request for cleaning 3 air conditioners in the office. I didn't get a response for a few days, so I called in case email wasn't working. Then I managed to get a quote (and a response that email was still working) which I agreed to the same day and requested an appointment. After no one answered for 2 weeks, I sent an email again to set an appointment. I received the quote on 8.5.2024. and to this day no response. I contacted another company and everything was resolved within a week...
