Business for 3 toilet zeros. ME: Good afternoon, I need to change the lock, do you do that? Person in question: Of course, but I'm going to work now. ME: Ok, when can I call you to make an appointment and have it changed for me? Person in question: But I'm going to work now. ME: Well, ok, who can do it for me and when? Person in question: Well, you can find out who does it on the internet. That was our conversation. If you call him on the weekend because you can't get into the apartment, know that just using the drill costs 50 euros. Shame!
The owner of the shop, "Mr." Bole, is extremely rude, arrogant, extremely unprofessional, full of himself, looks down on customers, mocks them, insults and humiliates them, he even asked for a title deed for a simple lock change, he charged an extremely high price for his "professional services" and transportation from a two-minute drive to the location, and he didn't even issue a receipt. When we asked him if we could pay in advance, before changing the lock, his answer was: "I'm not your prostitute". He acts as if we are asking him to do something for us for free, and there are a bunch of other locksmiths who are much cheaper, and extremely kind and professional. This criticism applies to the owner of the shop, his other employees are completely okay. We do not recommend his expensive services to anyone, avoid them at all costs unless you want to put up with him constantly insulting and harassing you. 0/10
