I called the plumbers because I had a problem with my drain. They weren't far away so they came pretty quickly. From what I could see, there was a brick-like piece of material in the drain. They came with tools and couldn't clean it out, took a camera and said that my pipe had burst. They took twenty minutes (if that's even that long) They charged me €70 for the "service" which I was a little surprised because it didn't solve my problem, it just "fixed it" He asked me "is that a lot" to which I told him "yes" and my comment to that was "oh shit." which I think is completely unprofessional. The next day a plumber came to fix my "burst" pipe where they found out, as I said... a piece of brick in the drain. I wouldn't leave a review if the problem was well established or if it was €20-30 to go out (regardless of whether they said it well or badly), but for €70 it deserves a review.
I have nothing else to say but that I am THANKFUL TO THEM! They spent 2 hours on Sunday morning digging pipes in the snow. They saved me! Kudos to them!!!!!!!
