I cannot thank Mr. Damir enough for his professionalism, correctness and above all humanity. He came the same day, despite being very busy, and did the job in the house of my parents, who are old and sick people. The problem occurred during my absence and I am immensely grateful for the empathy and help. An exceptional man and an excellent professional. For every recommendation. I wish you all the best!
The mechanic accepted the job, then never responded to numerous calls and messages to come and do the job he said he would come and fix. As far as I can see from the reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to, this is how they do business. This is a warning to anyone thinking of doing anything with this gentleman.
Extremely kind and professional gentleman, came the day after the call and repaired the water heater. Although he could have done something extra and charged more, he honestly said that there was no need for it at the moment
I got an appointment to repair my cistern very quickly, the technician was punctual and polite, the job was done well at a fair price, and I have recommendations.
I definitely DO NOT recommend!! Building a family house and at the worst moment (just before the concrete floor slab was poured) he told us that he couldn't come anyway, and he did it via MESSAGE after we had met in person and agreed on all the details. What's even worse is that he lied that he had done the work, but he didn't run any pipes, except for installing a riser that he didn't even put where he marked and we still had to drill the foundations. We had to stop the concrete pouring and the new plumber had to dig up soil and gravel, move all the iron mesh to install the installations that he didn't install when he was supposed to. It cost us a lot of extra money and nerves!
