Negative experience. The only thing the agency did was show up at the notary public (and they went with me and came home with me) and wrote a preliminary contract and a contract that had to be corrected several times because they didn't write it correctly. The apartment was presented and shown by a third person who doesn't work at the agency and isn't a real estate agent. I agreed to that in a written agreement, because I thought and hoped that everything would be professional and fair. However, then, at the agency's initiative, they started getting to know the buyer, with whom I sent and brought to work all the papers related to the apartment and the sale, the agency didn't participate in that. We just got an answer: call the buyer-seller, etc. The transcript of the utilities was made by us - the buyer. Although it was also agreed that the agency would do it. After going to the notary public and paying the money, the agency didn't contact me for almost 3 months with the bill. They wanted the bill and payment to go into the next year (as it ended up being), so after that they told me that they didn't send the bill due to illness and weren't able to inform me that they would contact me with the bill and payment in a few months. Which of the two they mentioned is true - apparently they don't know either. I didn't get an explanation for all of the above - of course - just an answer that the agency answered the phone and was "supportive" to us. However, I didn't need a psychologist but a real estate agent who would do the job, not me alone with the buyer. Answer: I don't see that positive review you're writing about anywhere 😂 It's interesting how you responded to the review immediately and haven't responded to the emails and inquiries mentioned above to this day. Apart from a threat from your family to withdraw the review, I didn't get anything else. If the apartment had so many flaws, why did you want to sell it as such? Or didn't you thoroughly review everything related to the property? Ha ha ha. You should have thought before writing your answer. Because if it was a scam, I think both the buyer and you would have given up a long time ago (you have the right to do so). And how did you protect the buyer from being scammed, I'm really curious? You don't have to put me on a negative list in the future because there's no chance that "our" future even exists.
