Extremely professional and kind. The sale was completed very quickly, as presented by the employees of the Ljubek agency. So, all praise and of course recommendation.
Fast communication, help with implementation, and as for condominiums and usage, that's at the City and County level, they do it, for those who understand it, and the agency can't help much with that. Because almost the entire city doesn't have an Usage Permit, all older properties, and that's the case for everyone. But, it's important that the property can be registered, and then everyone can sort out the papers themselves, if they need them.

I'm buying an apartment and the owner is a friend of the agent. Since they are 'good', half of the things were not done as agreed. When it was time to give the money, everything was fine. When it was time to get a clean and tidy apartment, keys made and the like, then there is the story 'it's just not right', 'he's good, he's just a little late with cleaning the apartment, moving out,...' and similar excuses. A month after buying the apartment and huge tolerances. I have to get into arguments to clean the basement (which should have been a month ago, but the same thing and the same excuse from the agent: 'he'll do it now, it's just not right'). Regarding the paperwork, the agreement with the bank, the transfer of ownership, everything was done properly. But the agreement as with a person with whom you should cooperate - very bad.
