Catastrophic connection of telephony in public and state institutions. When you are busy on the phone, the caller is shown that the line is free, and problems arise; "why aren't you answering?" If someone doesn't answer in some fifth company, and has the same initial three numbers as your institution, the call easily reaches you, without meaning. Horror, they don't respond to complaints.
