The first contact with Solaris Pons was at the contact number 031 303 793 office where professional and helpful employees are ready to answer all questions and ambiguities. My case was handled by the manager Lea Martinko who helped me with all the paperwork and always instructed me on the steps we would take to complete it all the way to the end, a professional-expert approach to the customer. Up-to-date in every way, I received a very quick response to every email or call. She sent me every detail of the project, there were no hidden costs, she even collected most of the documentation for me that I didn't have time to do. The team that installed the solar panels is also professional and knowledgeable with many years of experience. They are careful when climbing onto the roof so as not to damage any tiles, they even replaced the existing tiles that needed to be replaced. They left everything clean and tidy behind them and did the job as the profession requires. 5 of them came to install and finished installing 12 panel boards on a family house with a roof height of approximately 10m within 3 hours. The fitters and electricians are well-mannered and work together as a team. Everyone knows what is next and they do it quickly. Thanks again.
