I asked them to buy a shock seal for PVC joinery (after 20 years, the seals hardened and stopped sealing, they used to say that PVC joinery is eternal, when in the winter it burns through the windows). They served me quickly, the guy from the factory asked me if I wanted to change the seals myself and explained in detail how to do it and even gave me the vent elements for the seals and glue to fix them. Great! Well done. I paid by card in accounting. Everything was perfect.
