Good afternoon, I beg you all who think you are buying carpentry from this company (SIM part) they are scammers, I gave all my money, they bought half the carpentry and this half, I have been waiting for more than 2 months, whenever I call they just say there will never be any carpentry, whoever does not believe what I wrote should call someone
They are dishonest and lying. The mosquito net that was paid for 180 € 4 months ago was never delivered. We contacted them several times, but they never delivered the mosquito net. I would not recommend them to anyone! Finally, after many calls and persistence, the mosquito net was delivered and installed. It is made of high quality. Persistence paid off
Extremely unkind. The window is in a criminal state after two months of delay. After the fire, the profiles were washed from the outside, but inside, all soot and no, it cannot be washed with anything.

One of the mosquito nets was the wrong size, but the error was corrected the next day, which we especially appreciated. The price was correct, and the communication was clear and simple.
