They made the wrong window dimensions, and they claim that I signed the offer (and everything on the offer is wrong) and I don't even think about checking. And now all complaints are made via email. You can't call anyone at all. They didn't even bring the mosquito nets we paid for to be installed and we're still waiting for them. Disaster! I would never recommend them to anyone. And their response is the same every time and they just copy the message saying that they don't accept the complaint "because I change my mind about the dimensions" hahah. Terrible. Never again. Luckily I had two windows. Disaster. They make the wrong one and then blame us. You're welcome. They immediately damaged the second window. The window was already installed within a couple of days, all without any problems. They don't have any communication whatsoever. I can't believe the kind of people who work there. Just like they don't have any contact to contact them. Kudos to this boss who has a sea of negative reviews behind him. 👏
All praise for the installation of PVC windows, the guys did a perfect job, removed the old windows without any damage, straight cut. Installed the new windows quickly, cleaned everything up after themselves and took them away. Željko and Ivan-Cole, every recommendation. Time will tell the quality.
The quality of the joinery is terrible, the finishing is terrible, the installation is a disaster, they don't have cranes, the transport to the installation is a disaster, one big big zero, the wrong rock was delivered, complaints take a year, etc. I recommend everyone to avoid Staklo Dom in a wide circle.

The company STAKLODOM is an understatement for DISASTER! Installation of doors with errors, (different glass) with inscriptions in three-layer glass, not respecting the delivery deadline... they don't stick to the agreement and LIE... And what's worse, they don't accept complaints and send executions for delivered doors that have errors and they don't want to fix them... RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!! p.s. lighter color door seen in the salon, ordered the same, delivered the other one! Color is the least problem! With all the mistakes on the doors made of different glasses, handles and fittings that were looked at and agreed upon in the salon in Osijek in gray and stainless steel, and the contract finished in brown...? ..from two glasses that were supposed to be equal, of course they are different and have the inscription DOM on the middle glass (it is a triple-layer glass) that cannot be cleaned!
