About 20 years ago they installed Hormann doors, they worked great until I replaced them with the same ones but with a more modern design. They did the aluminum joinery for me at the company and they are doing the same for my house. Extremely high quality and professional.
On May 19, 2023, I have an appointment at 12:00 in front of the building for the gentleman to take measures for mosquito nets. I call 20 min. earlier and say that I will be in front of the building in 5 min. When the agreed time is well past, I call the gentleman and ask if he is coming? He replies that he is taking measures somewhere further away and that he will not arrive. When I ask if he could not have said that he would not arrive when I called him 20 min. before the agreed time, he replies that there is a waiting time at the doctor's office too?! The attitude towards work and the customer is a disaster and this is the last time I will call or recommend this company. I do not understand that he is unable to call when he realized that he would not arrive even close to the agreed time or at least apologize politely.
Avoid in any case, when visiting the sales, a rude girl who seems to be bothered that we came at all, left information for the offer of industrial doors, never after two months, no one answered or at least wrote two incoherent e-mails. So everything was solved in competition and monitized within 5 working days. Thanks and never again
