The authorized service representative was friendly and helpful, five stars for the Lord. I explained my problem with my Miele refrigerator, 200 cm x 60 x 67, 6 years and 11 months old (online buyers claim a durability of + 20 years and some even 30 years (: the lower part of the freezer works, but the upper part stops cooling, I unplug it from the power for a few minutes and plug it back in, then it works again but after a few hours it stops cooling, and I tried that about a dozen times, for days. According to the instructions on the internet, I unplugged it from the power for 48 hours, having previously emptied the refrigerator... but it works again and then it doesn't work. The Miele service technician recommended that the gas (Pentane) be added, to which I asked an AUTHORIZED MIELE SERVICE MANAGER to come and look at the fault - THE ANSWER WAS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE GAS TO FILL (: A MIELE WILL NEVER ENTER MY BOX AGAIN... I paid exactly €1,000 for that refrigerator in 2019 - today's purchasing power is over €2,000 €... So on January 20, 2026, for €520, I bought an LG, total no frost, ten percent larger capacity than the Miele and with a third less consumption of 177 kWh of electricity than the Miele 250 kWh. In my case, the Miele combined refrigerator turned out to be garbage and the Miele service was ZERO!!! MY RECOMMENDATION - DO NOT BUY MIELE REFRIGERATORS - THEY ARE THREE TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER BRANDS AND THEY ARE POOR QUALITY AND WITH NO MIELE SERVICE - WHAT THE CUSTOMER BOUGHT AND PAID HEAVYLY THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO EVEN GO OUT IN THE FIELD, LET ALONE REPAIR IT!!!
