Totally unprofessional. After 2 months of waiting for an appointment, buying tiles for the entire bathroom and sanitary ware, having an extra person from Austria come over for bathroom renovation, I cancelled 24 hours early. Unbelievable rudeness, unprofessionalism...I definitely do not recommend.
