All praise to agent Luka Matacin for his help in selling the apartment, his very fair and professional approach to clients, his relationship full of warmth and humanity. Everything related to selling the apartment, moving and advice regarding buying another property, Luka, with his ease and patience, "made" an easy undertaking and reduced stress to a minimum.

Incorrect approach in representing the sale of real estate, and as far as I hear, this is not the only case. They "backstage" conclude exclusive contracts (so-called exclusive brokerage) with you so that they practically tie you to them, and if you want to sell the property through your own channels or give it to another agency, problems begin, blackmail and commissions are charged for sales that they did not make. All of this is written in (too) small letters with superficial and insufficient explanations when signing. There would be work for lawyers! I do not recommend cooperation at all!

Most agencies still have properties listed on their websites that have been sold for a long time, which is extremely frustrating because then you start receiving endless calls for available properties that do not meet your needs at all. It is really tiring because you feel like you are not being heard. They just want to sell. Anything. When I first contacted the Manor agency, I immediately saw a different approach. A face-to-face meeting was arranged with agent Marin Sablić to discuss my needs and wishes, and the database of potential properties was searched. A few were selected, and Marin arranged a viewing the very next day. He handled everything extremely professionally. He explained the purchasing process very clearly and was an exceptional support throughout the entire process. He answered all my possible and impossible questions and concerns, reassuring me that everything would be fine and not to worry. The desired location and size of the property appeared very quickly. He helped us with everything, was responding to our questions very quickly and was a great mediator between us and the owner ☺️ The apartment is beautiful and big for a good price. We felt safe with an agent like him while everything was being arranged remotely from another country. When we arrived we signed the contract and moved in right away the same day.
