The beginning of the cooperation was promising, after paying 120 euros for the measurement and consultation (the amount is later deducted if you agree on a deal) and confirming the offered items, the same is increased with the explanation that there was an error. Several errors and different explanations of the offered items and their approach is not aligned with the principles of customer orientation (teaching the customer when rejecting inconsistent offers, even though the customer duly paid the requested amount)
