A frivolous company that doesn't respond to customer inquiries!!! Update: After publishing the review, the company contacted me and asked to delete or edit it. However, my experience remains the same - I waited 48 hours for a response via the form, and I couldn't get the necessary information by phone because I was referred between branches and was told that no one would likely answer my calls. I am updating this review to fully reflect the situation, but the content is based on real experience.
I am delighted with the professionalism and quality of the service. From the first contact to the completion of the job, everything was clear, agreed upon and done flawlessly. The team is kind, punctual and meticulous. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable and quality service!
I chose Sardinia Oak parquet for the children's room and it turned out to be an excellent choice – high quality, durable and beautiful looking. All praise to Dekor Dom for its quality and service!
Excellent selection of laminate flooring and doors, top quality products, and staff always friendly and ready to help. Sincere recommendations for Dekora dom!
Unfortunately, I have to express my dissatisfaction with this store and their attitude towards customers. I bought a Rocco vinyl floor from Kronospan, Barista color, which was installed in July 2023, and immediately after installation and moving in in September, I noticed that the floor began to crumble and show damage. I contacted the seller, expecting a solution, but instead I encountered an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. Apparently, kindness is only present when there is a problem. After several correspondences and unpleasant phone conversations, the problem was not resolved with the supplier blaming us for the damage to the floor and the inadequate substrate. I would still understand about the edges, but scratches appear on the entire surface of the floor. The sample that was not installed crumbles by itself just from standing, and they ignored that too. Instead of taking responsibility for the obvious defect of the product, the seller and the manufacturer (Kronospan) concluded that I personally damaged the floor in more than 50 places, which is absurd. And now in November, new scratches continue to appear on the floor every day. It is clear that the problem is in the quality of the product, but they refused to admit the mistake. I have never had such problems with much cheaper laminate in another apartment, but now that it is a class 34 vinyl that is advertised as a covering for hotels and offices and of top quality, the floor was scratched by a couple without children and pets in just a few months. The floor that we have been using for less than a year looks like it is 20 years old. I find this approach and lack of customer support unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone because, in addition to selling products of questionable quality, they completely ignore their obligations to customers and resolving complaints. EDIT: response to Dekora dom's reaction 1. Your delivery man who came to determine the damage to the substrate and conducted a "wear test" was himself horrified by how the floor looks only 6 months after installation. Your delivery man is not competent to determine the quality of the product and it will be sent for expert assessment. 2. I intentionally did not include photos of the edge cracks of the product because you stated that this is possible due to the uneven surface and you blame the contractor, but since you mentioned it now, I will add those photos. The product, even if it is not installed, falls apart on its own at the edges, just from standing. The edges could also be damaged due to the uneven surface, but that does not explain the damage to the surface of the product that occurs every day. 3. The product that you did not produce, but that you offer in your store, is falsely advertised as a vinyl of exceptional resistance, but it does not withstand even the most ordinary everyday use. Proof of this are several buyers of the same product from other stores who are also dissatisfied with the same product, and you should reconsider what you offer your customers when you can no longer stand behind them.
