Friendly staff, prompt and very professional. The door was delivered within the agreed time. The installation was done on time and surprisingly quickly and kudos to the guys. Highly recommended for the quality.
The frames started to peel off, poor quality. After sending an email, they promised to call back and send a repairman, but after a month and a half, no one has called back and there is no repairman. They don't care about the users. Glue leaked out of the frames, which is difficult to clean and ugly to look at. The repairman is always busy, never available.
They don't respect the installation deadline, so I couldn't be there, they lie that they ship the goods every 2 weeks, the installed shelf is a nickel shorter, but the craftsmen install it anyway, while welding the frame, they burned holes in the shoe cabinet. The outside hallway was dirty with a chisel. They delete comments every now and then :-)
