I ordered parquet oil from Driadi Rubio, which "arrived" every two days. However, these were all lies. In the end, one of the owners (that's how he introduced himself) admitted that he had no idea where the oil was. Of course, if he had honestly explained the situation and not delayed it, it would have been a completely different story. Was all this just to sell 4 dl of oil? To the soul that costs €130 for that amount. In the end, he gave compensation for all of this in the amount of €9. All lies and swindling, a very bad experience.
Terrible customer service. Where to start? After being late for almost three months, the product that arrived had nothing to do with the product that they showed us in the store. After many nerves lost, I am only sorry that I didn’t do my research earlier and save myself money, time and nerves. There are much better companies in Rijeka if you need good floors, skip this one.
Beware of this store and their promises. Inspect every board before you accept their shipment as they do not stand behind their products. Don’t believe their delivery estimates as they don’t have any idea when product will arrive. Do yourself a favor and shop some else.
Professional staff, really big choice of material and everything...Custom made aged oak furniture to die for. Just ask for Danijela - she will have everything you need from wood..😀
