At least with my first heat pump (Daikin Altherma from 2009) I didn't have a good experience because the compressor, fans, electronics broke down twice over the years... I have only good words for Frigo.Ve. Now I have bought a Hitachi Yutaki heat pump from them. The employees are excellent. Mr. Boris is especially patient and helpful. Professional and expert approach, they respond quickly and I hope it will stay that way if I need them again.
