A perfect ten.. a few days after ordering, the guys installed the air conditioner, every recommendation 10/10.
If I could give a 10, I would! Sara was extremely kind and patient. She recommended a better air conditioner than the one I was planning to buy, and they also took care of the installation within 3 days of purchasing the air conditioner (consider that the entire implementation took place in mid-July)!!!
