Fast and reliable, we were lucky that they came to check our air conditioner the very next day after we called, in the middle of summer! It seems that, if they are able, they will do everything to help you! Congratulations on the job done!
A month and a half ago, I contacted the gentleman to arrange for the installation of the air conditioner. First, they sent an intern, who looked at everything and took pictures to forward to the installers, so they could prepare and arrange an installation date. Then the scenario begins: We can't do it then, so they don't call, so they have to solve some problems elsewhere. And after a month of delay, they still schedule an installation date. When they showed up that morning (at the agreed installation date) and went inside, they looked around again and came to the conclusion that the installation of the outdoor unit couldn't be done without a climber (and they also said that they "dropped by" because they have an installation nearby). So they repeated the same thing as their man a month ago. Total sloppiness and unprofessionalism. In order for them to think about what to do next, they decided to call next week on Monday to finally arrange and finish everything. Of course, they didn't call again (promises are a foreign concept to them). They are so disorganized and shamelessly trampling on their word that we let it go, because who knows how the editing would have turned out if it had happened. We decided to turn to others and we hope for a more professional approach to everything.

After two unsuccessful deals that fell through due to torrential rain, the third one was a stroke of luck! Everything went according to plan and agreement, professionally, quickly, with a sense of humor and banter. The air conditioning works, the technicians are highly recommended. They only drink water!
