The installers are top notch, professional, polite, and DELICIOUS. The "management" is the complete opposite of the guys who worked for them. The pellet stove I bought from Termis was not working properly from day one. After the warranty expired, they stopped answering the phone. I had to buy a new stove. I didn't even get a response via email or the social media they advertise on.
Absolutely professional and helpful, ! They did my heating/cooling/solar system for the whole house, there were a lot of complaints, but they managed to finish, and now when you call them to fix the problem or do a regular service, they don't answer at all... All the craftsmen who worked then no longer work for them. Unfortunately, just another company that collects the money and leaves!
