1. The most pleasant, meaningful and skillful communication by phone with an employee that I can remember. Kudos. 2. Extremely open and honest technicians. Although the device was partially repaired - the reason was clearly explained, what the difficulty was and how to meet the agreement when the next day it was reported that the device was still not working (which was said could happen.). The speed of the agreement and arrival - maximum . I do not compare by price - for everything else, the kind of humane communication that I believe we all always welcome. Thank you.
