We had a major problem on our vacation in Croatia: Our car key came into contact with salt water and completely stopped working. The car wouldn't start, and we didn't have a spare key with us. In the worst case scenario, we would have had to have it towed all the way to Germany. Luckily, we ended up here. The employee immediately took the time to examine the key and explained that the circuit board had been damaged by the salt. He had a suitable circuit board in stock and offered to transfer the chip to it. Although he said it wasn't certain it would work, he managed it in less than an hour! The key worked again, and we were able to continue our vacation without any problems. He even offered to refund our money if it hadn't worked. Very fair and trustworthy. Thank you for the quick, competent, and honest help! Highly recommended!

Very unpleasant and rude employee... I order a key for a motorcycle with their note that they have to wait for that model from the supplier for a month... ok, I agree... after more than a month no one calls... I ask them what's up with the key to get an answer that it has arrived... then after five minutes I get a call that it hasn't arrived... then again that they will call tomorrow... again no call for two days... I call the employee and he says that the supplier doesn't have it and complains that he doesn't have time to inform people because he has 100 calls... mostly lies and delays... avoid completely
